Wine Tasting - November 2024

Back by popular demand The Rudy A Menon Foundation hosted another 'call my bluff' style wine tasting event in November 2024. This fun and lighthearted format is a twist on a classic wine tasting, giving attendees the chance to learn about wine whilst also testing their wine knowledge, with a chance to win a great prize at the end!

Our three professional wine educators, all of whom hold Diploma level qualifications from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET), walked attendees through a blind tasting of four different wines on the day, giving their taste buds a workout. For each wine, two of our wine experts would be bluffing while one was telling the truth -- it was then up to the attendees to figure out which one was telling the truth for each wine! We also hosted a raffle in which we gave away more than 10 bottles of wine which had been very generously donated by supporters, with some truly impressive fine wines in the mix.

The event was hosted at the exclusive wine-centric private members' club, 67 Pall Mall in Mayfair, London. We will no doubt be back next year with this event again given how much everyone seems to enjoy it!
