The Remembering Rudy Walk was held for the third year in a row and we were once again humbled and honoured by the support from friends and well wishers who came from near and far, to walk the seven bridges of London, as well as those who walked in Nottingham, New York, and Dubai.
This year, another raffle was held to raise funds and was once again a huge success.
A major highlight for the Foundation in this year's Walk was the attendance of Professor Chris Jones, who graced the occasion and enlightened all of us on the work he and his team are doing at the ICR. The progress made in the past year, on gathering data for Gliomatosis Cerebri has been very encouraging, but there is still a long way to go.
This year, the Foundation handed over a cheque for £10,000 to Prof. Jones towards his research.
We thank everyone who attend the walk and also walked with us in spirit, as well as all the sponsors and donors, who continue to support us with their generosity.
