On the 7th of February, 2020, the Foundation had its most successful Fundraiser ‘Ball for Hope’ , this year at the British Embassy Gardens in Kuwait under the patronage of His Excellency Michael Davenport, Her Majesty’s Ambassador to Kuwait and his wife Dr Lavinia Davenport.
The event was attended and supported by Ambassadors from the diplomatic community, members of the Kuwait Royal family, elite local Kuwaitis and representatives of the International community. Prof Chris Jones flew in to attend the event and he spoke to the audience sharing the work he was doing and the progress he and his team were making.
His Excellency Michael Davenport spoke highly of the work being done by the Foundation in funding the Research being conducted by Prof Chris Jones and his team at the ICR.
The evening was a huge success and the Foundation found itself well supported and encouraged.
