In March 2023 the Foundation hosted a wine tasting afternoon in a fun and light-hearted format. The format of the event was a "Call My Bluff Wine Tasting" - a fun twist on a classic wine tasting, giving attendees the chance to learn about wine whilst also testing their wine knowledge, with a chance to win a great prize at the end! Our three professional wine educators, all of whom hold Diploma level qualifications from the Wine and Spirits Education Trust (WSET), walked attendees through a blind tasting of four different wines on the day, giving their taste buds a workout. For each wine, two of our wine experts would be bluffing while one was telling the truth -- it was then up to the attendees to figure out which one was telling the truth for each wine! After the event, attendees also had a chance to ask our wine experts any questions they had about the world of wine. The event was hosted at the Lansdowne Club in Mayfair, London with 35 attendees.
